Smart Retail Command Center

Data integration platform project for large-scale retail. We built a dashboard that aggregates POS and e-commerce data from hundreds of stores in real-time and visualizes key metrics for business decision-making.

This system integrates POS data, e-commerce site data, inventory management data, and customer data from 200 locations nationwide. We achieved real-time updates every 5 minutes through Apache Kafka streaming processing and Apache Spark large-scale data processing.

For data architecture, we built a cloud data warehouse centered on Snowflake. We developed data transformation pipelines using dbt and interactive dashboards using React/TypeScript.

Analytical features provide advanced analysis capabilities including sales forecasting, inventory optimization, customer segmentation, and product recommendations. Machine learning models for demand forecasting improved inventory turnover by 15%.

Operationally, we built a data quality management system maintaining 99.8% data accuracy. We implemented anomaly detection functionality that automatically detects and corrects data inconsistencies.

Business results include 17% ROI improvement, 3x faster decision-making speed, and 70% reduction in data analysis workload. We achieved significant acceleration of strategic decision-making by management.
