Article 2 User Registration
In the Services, user registration is completed when a registration applicant applies for user registration by the method specified by the Company after agreeing to these Terms, and the Company approves such application.

Article 3 Management of User ID and Password

Regular Changes
Password changes every 3 months or more are recommended

Article 4 Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Services.

- Activities related to criminal acts
- Fraud, threats, extortion, etc.
System Interference
- Activities that destroy server or network functions
- Unauthorized access, hacking activities
- Distribution of viruses, malware
Intellectual Property Infringement
- Activities that infringe copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights
- Activities that infringe on others' privacy
- Defamation, slander
Commercial Activities
- Using the Services for commercial purposes without Company permission
- Sending spam, nuisance emails
- Illegal advertising, promotional activities
Article 5 Suspension of Service Provision
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Services without prior notice to users in any of the following cases.
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems related to the Services
- When service provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
- Other cases where the Company determines that service provision is difficult
Article 6 Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion
The Company may restrict all or part of the Services or delete user registration without prior notice when a user falls under any of the following.

Article 14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In case of disputes related to the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
