Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis and solution design
- Define architecture, choose technologies, and guide implementation
- Review code, mentor engineers, and maintain quality benchmarks
- Plan operations and propose continuous improvements
Required skills
- 3+ years building systems in Java, .NET, PHP, or C
- Experience with relational databases
- Team leadership or sub-lead experience
Preferred experience
- Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Large-scale system replacement projects
- Agile delivery experience
